We want you to love your Kess Berlin products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that products are in their original packaging and meet our hygiene standards for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your beauty products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit and include the generated return slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or shipping point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
